Head of Performance Marketing

At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.
You’ll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.
The role:
We're hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to own paid acquisition at Coram. Paid sits inside demand gen today, and this role makes it its own function. You'll own the budget, the channels, and the team, and you'll be measured on pipeline and revenue, not clicks.
You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work onsite in Sunnyvale, next to the sales team you're feeding.

Responsibilities:

Own paid strategy and budget across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Hit pipeline and CAC targets by channel, and report on them weekly
Build full-funnel attribution in HubSpot and GA4, from search query to closed-won
Run landing pages, offers, and conversion testing
Put spend where our buyers are: facility directors, IT leaders, superintendents, and police chiefs
Lead and grow the team, starting with two performance marketers plus agencies and freelancers
Partner with sales and growth engineering on programs that hand warm accounts to SDRs
Use AI and automation to keep the team lean and fast
Skills and qualifications:
8-12 years in performance or growth marketing, including 3+ years leading the function
Experience marketing a physical product (security, IoT, robotics, industrial hardware, or similar) to B2B buyers
Personally scaled paid spend past $15M a year
Still hands-on in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
Able to tie spend to closed revenue in a CRM. HubSpot and GA4 preferred
Have hired and managed performance marketers
Daily user of LLMs for analysis, copy, and automation
Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
Ability to work in an onsite environment

What we offer:

Competitive compensation package of base, bonus and equity
100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance
Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays
401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options
Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing company
Referral bonuses
Daily team dinners and regular team off-sites
Free onsite EV charging
The latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.)
We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations. From firearm detection to intelligent access control, our AI-native platform turns every camera and sensor into a smart system that enhances safety, efficiency, and awareness.
