Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents.
Backed by over $55 million from top-tier investors like Sequoia Capital, we're committed to accelerating life changes for millions of current and future European homeowners.
Acquisition is the engine that feeds Zefir's entire funnel — from a seller's first estimate request to a signed mandate. As Acquisition Lead you'll own our full acquisition engine end-to-end: every paid channel today, a brand-new SEO motion to build, and our lead-generation partnerships — backed by an eight-figure budget and the measurement rigour that proves what's actually driving incremental growth. You'll manage a Content Strategist and a bench of freelancers, and work daily with Sales, Brand and Product.
Build scalable, defensible growth across every channel — architect the full-funnel acquisition strategy across all paid channels, a greenfield SEO/organic motion, and lead-gen partnerships that compound into a moat.
Own day-to-day performance and budget — run and optimise acquisition to hit targets; own an eight-figure budget, steering on segment-level economics, not blended averages. Master the platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads and others) and the tracking stack (GTM, server-side, attribution).
Make measurement and experimentation your edge — design a rigorous incrementality framework (geo-lift, control groups) to know what truly drives growth vs. what the platforms claim.
Lead the team and partners who execute — grow a Content Strategist and a bench of freelancers and agencies to a high bar; own lead-generation partnerships end-to-end.
Get deep on the funnel, budget and tracking stack, and find where the economics actually live.
Kick off account structuring and audience segmentation, the immediate priorities.
Set the measurement baseline (attribution and first incrementality tests) and a channel roadmap.
~8 years in paid and performance marketing and growth, measured by the scope and budget scale you've handled, not a strict year count.
Deep multi-channel paid expertise, plus the ability to stand up SEO/organic and structure lead-generation partnerships.
Deeply analytical, comfortable designing experiments and reading incrementality (geo-lift, control groups, uplift).
An operator and owner who builds scalable systems autonomously and leverages no-code and AI where useful.
Experience managing in-house contributors and a bench of freelancers and agencies to a high bar.
A segment-level economics mindset, humility, and strong team spirit. Fluent in English and French.
~€10M acquisition budget on a single market: meaningful scale and direct impact on the P&L.
A high-performance, low-politics environment, surrounded by small teams of highly skilled people.
Real autonomy and budget to build a lasting competitive advantage.
Competitive salary: You can run your own simulation with our salary calculator.
BSPCE (Stock Options): Available for everyone, with monthly vesting after year one, over a 4-year period.
Healthcare plan: Full coverage with Alan for team members, their partners, and children.
Office in Le Peletier, Paris (9th arrondissement): With flexible remote work options.
Swile meal card: €11 per worked day.
Swile mobility card: €42/month to support sustainable transportation (metro, carpooling, biking…).
Team events: Monthly Mixers to connect and share good times, and quarterly All Hands to celebrate wins across the company.
🏔️ Steep Mountains Are Steep: Setting ambitious goals and working hard to achieve them.
🌊 Ride Reality: Actively seeking challenges and thriving by adapting flexibly to changes.
🏀 Play for the Front of the Jersey: Prioritizing team success over individual recognition.
We welcome applications from anyone, regardless of background, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or experience. Our team values authenticity and diverse perspectives.
For all roles, our interview process emphasizes hands-on exercises, case studies, or discussions about specific examples of your previous work. We ensure objectives and expectations are clearly communicated at every step.
