Kensington is looking for a CRM Email Specialist to join our growing Marketing team and support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing campaigns across Kensington Tours, Cruise and UltraLuxe.
Reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a key role in our day-to-day campaign engine, building, QA’ing and deploying high-volume email communications that support lead generation, repeat bookings, reactivation, cross-sell and customer loyalty.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life. You’ll take campaigns from brief through deployment, working within HubSpot to build emails, manage audiences, execute automated workflows and ensure every communication is accurate, polished and delivered to the right customer at the right time.

This is an opportunity to join Kensington at an exciting stage of growth for our lifecycle marketing program. You’ll have meaningful ownership of the campaigns our customers see every day while helping us build a more automated, personalized and data-driven CRM program.
You’ll work across multiple Kensington brands and customer journeys, gain exposure to a broad range of marketing initiatives, and have the opportunity to make a visible impact by improving how we execute, measure and scale our customer communications.
