Continuously test new channels, audiences, and messaging to improve performance
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
Identify scalable growth opportunities across paid, organic, and event channels
Build dashboards and reporting to track pipeline contribution and ROI
Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy
Work with Sales to ensure campaigns support pipeline goals and target accounts
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market priorities and growth initiatives
Support product launches with integrated demand generation programs
3–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing programs
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (paid, outbound, content, events, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams
Comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and learning from results
Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries
