As a Digital Marketing Manager at Air Apps, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will oversee SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to create compelling digital campaigns that maximize ROI.
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, and paid social media.
Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels to drive growth.
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test ad creatives, and optimize ad spend for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer acquisition funnels.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new digital marketing technologies.
Develop retargeting and customer segmentation strategies to improve user retention and lifetime value.
Around 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools.
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize ad spend for ROAS and CAC.
Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams.
