Today, more than 200 enterprise customers use StackAI to run AI at scale across healthcare, financial services, legal, logistics, defense, and beyond.
Backed by Y Combinator and Google, StackAI recently joined forces with Asana to help define the future of AI-native work. Together, we're building the operating system for how enterprises deploy and manage AI agents across their organizations.
We're a small, highly ambitious team that moves fast, solves hard problems, and cares deeply about building exceptional products. If you're excited about shaping the future of AI while having outsized ownership and impact, we'd love to meet you.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale StackAI's growth engine.
This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We're looking for someone who understands that search, content, websites, paid acquisition, and AI-powered discovery are no longer separate functions, they're part of one integrated system that drives enterprise demand.
You will own how prospects discover StackAI across Google, AI assistants, and our website. You'll develop our SEO strategy, lead our approach to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), build high-performing demand generation programs, and continuously improve our website's ability to convert visitors into pipeline.
You'll work directly with our founders and partner closely with product, sales, and design to accelerate growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from first principles, experimenting rapidly, and using AI to amplify execution.
Develop and execute StackAI's SEO strategy across technical SEO, content strategy, site architecture, authority building, and conversion optimization
Identify high-value search opportunities across enterprise AI, automation, knowledge management, customer support, compliance, and adjacent categories
Drive organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, domain authority, and organic pipeline generation
Partner cross-functionally to create content that ranks, converts, and establishes StackAI as a category leader
Continuously improve site structure, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and technical performance
Define StackAI's strategy for visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging AI search platforms
Conduct ongoing LLM visibility audits to understand how StackAI appears in AI-generated responses relative to competitors
Optimize content, structured data, citations, and digital authority signals that influence AI-generated recommendations
Partner with PR and content marketing to strengthen StackAI's presence across authoritative sources leveraged by AI systems
Develop repeatable frameworks for measuring and improving AI search visibility
Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, content, events, and social channels
Build account-based and persona-driven programs targeting senior enterprise buyers in the IT space
Launch and evaluate rapid growth experiments across channels, audiences, and messaging
Use performance insights to scale successful programs and sunset ineffective ones
Treat the StackAI website as a revenue-generating asset
Drive conversion rate optimization through landing page development, experimentation, and A/B testing
Improve visitor-to-pipeline conversion across product pages, content experiences, and campaign destinations
Own website analytics, attribution, tracking, and reporting infrastructure
Manage and evolve paid programs across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Leverage AI-native advertising capabilities to improve targeting, creative performance, and conversion efficiency
Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, attribution, and ROI
Continuously test messaging, audiences, creative concepts, and landing page experiences
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or SEO-focused marketing roles within B2B SaaS
Demonstrated success growing organic traffic, search visibility, and pipeline through SEO initiatives
Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, site architecture, and search analytics
Experience developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns
Hands-on experience with website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and marketing analytics
Familiarity with AEO, GEO, AI search optimization, or a strong interest in how AI is transforming search and discovery
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Search Console, and modern marketing technology stacks
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and copywriting skills, particularly for technical and enterprise audiences
Experience using AI tools and automation to increase productivity and scale execution
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguity
Experience marketing AI, developer, infrastructure, workflow automation, or enterprise software products
Deep expertise in SEO and content-led growth
