Job Details
What you will do
You'll be at the heart of Lighthouse's field marketing presence across one of our most commercially important regions. Events are our top revenue-driving channel in EMEA, and your job is to make them count, from planning through to execution. But Field Marketing at Lighthouse goes beyond the event room. You'll also work across webinars, digital campaigns, partner co-marketing, and localised content, understanding how each channel connects to pipeline and knowing when to activate the right one.
You'll work running a packed calendar across diverse markets and contributing directly to commercial outcomes. You'll build strong relationships with the regional sales teams, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and develop a sharp understanding of what works market by market. You won't be doing the same thing twice, EMEA is not one market, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining consistent quality is core to this role.
At Lighthouse, AI is central to how we work. In this role, that means leveraging AI tools across event planning, content creation, and reporting, to move faster, work smarter, and show the real commercial contribution of field marketing to the business.
Where you will have impact
About our team
You'll join a global Field Marketing team of regional marketers deeply embedded in their markets and passionate about turning local insight into commercial impact.
In EMEA, you'll work alongside a fellow field marketer based in Barcelona, while staying closely connected to the global marketing function and the Manager of Field Marketing. It's a high-initiative, collaborative environment where great local ideas have real influence on how we grow.
