Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01Which channels own the largest part of the growth or pipeline target today?
Why ask this: Triggered when paid search or paid social signals appear in the posting. Triggered by the posting’s mention of paid acquisition / demand gen signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Analytics / reporting angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: data warehouse access and tooling stack, metric definitions and reporting cadence, and attribution and forecasting accuracy
Why we suggest this: posting mentions reporting & forecasting.
Angle 02
SEO / organic angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: technical SEO and content production, organic traffic and pipeline contribution, and tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
Why we suggest this: posting mentions seo / content.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Alan is building its presence in Canada. We are hiring a Growth Marketer to build and run the inbound loops that turn Canada’s market activity into qualified leads.
You will work closely with the Head of Growth in Canada. Your role will be to create and distribute content, run inbound campaigns, support events, track what is working, and help turn market signals into sales conversations.
This is a hands-on role in a new market. You will need to be comfortable moving with limited structure, making practical decisions, and improving the work as you learn.
If you are excited by the idea of building the growth engine in an early market, this role could be a strong fit.
You will have 3 main missions:
1/ Content generation and distribution
You will create and distribute content that turns buyer pain, sales insights, events, and market topics into qualified interest.
Maintaining a publishing cadence across our digital and social channels
Exploring and testing new formats or channels
Writing posts, short narratives, emails, and simple page copy
Building content from inputs such as events, announcements, partnerships, and internal work
Adapting global content for a Canadian audience
What success looks like: Alan Canada is publishing useful content consistently, learning what resonates with buyers, and using those insights to create more qualified interest over time.
2/ Inbound generation
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of inbound activity by:
Building and maintaining landing pages or campaign pages
Running warm retargeting and basic paid campaigns
Setting up and maintaining UTMs, tagging, and tracking
Reviewing campaign performance and recommending what to change
Connecting content, paid, email, and follow-up into simple inbound loops
Helping Sales understand where qualified interest is coming from
What success looks like: Campaigns are not only live and tracked. They are creating qualified conversations, demo requests, MQLs, and pipeline signals for the sales team.
3/ Events into inbound growth
The focus here is on supporting repeatable event formats and making sure their impact extends beyond the room. You will support events by:
Supporting event logistics, timelines, registration pages, and materials
Creating follow-up emails and digital touchpoints after events
Turning event themes and conversations into content
Helping Sales follow up with the right people
Using event activity to create retargeting audiences, campaign inputs, and reusable content
What success looks like: Events that are well supported operationally and consistently translated into digital, content, and inbound inputs that can be reused over time.
You have 4 to 8 years of experience in growth, digital, demand generation, or content marketing at a startup or scale-up
You have run inbound or growth campaigns that directly created leads, demo requests, or sales conversations
You are strong at writing and can turn messy inputs into clear content
You understand how content, distribution, paid, email, and follow-up work together
You can set up and manage your own tracking and reporting
You are comfortable using simple data to decide what to do next
You can manage several streams of work at once without losing follow-through
You work independently and do not need daily guidance to keep things moving
You are practical, curious, and comfortable building in a market that is still early
We care more about your ability to operate, learn, and improve systems than a specific number of years of experience.
