About Krea
At Krea, we are building next-generation AI creative tools. We’re dedicated to making AI intuitive and controllable for creatives - our mission is to build tools that empower human creativity, not replace it. We believe AI is a new medium that allows us to express ourselves through various formats - text, images, video, sound, and even 3D. We're building better, smarter, and more controllable tools to harness this medium.
We’ve raised over $83M and are backed by world-class Silicon Valley investors such as Andreesen Horowitz and Bain Capital. We work full-time and in-person at our waterfront office in San Francisco. We care about creativity: our team includes musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers.
This job:
We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to own and scale Krea’s top-of-funnel and lifecycle growth. This person will be directly responsible for ensuring our landing pages, SEO surfaces, and educational content are best-in-class—and continuously optimized for conversion.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shipping, testing, and iterating quickly, and who has seen how strong growth foundations are built at mid-to-late stage startups. You will have clear ownership over SEO, email, content, and conversion optimization, with the freedom to experiment aggressively.
Ideally, you’re technical enough to implement changes yourself (or very close to the code), and opinionated about what good growth execution looks like.
Some stuff you’ll do:
Own and optimize Krea’s landing pages, pricing pages, and key conversion flows.
Lead our SEO strategy end-to-end: keyword research, programmatic pages, content strategy, and on-page optimization.
Build and run lifecycle campaigns (email, onboarding, reactivation) to improve activation and retention.
Create and oversee high-quality educational content (blogs, guides, tutorials) that helps users get value faster.
Continuously run experiments across copy, layout, messaging, and channels to improve conversion rates.
Partner closely with product, design, and engineering to align growth efforts with product evolution.
Set up and maintain the systems, dashboards, and processes that allow growth learnings to compound over time.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a growth marketing role at a mid-to-late stage startup (especially B2C or prosumer).
Deep hands-on experience with SEO, landing page optimization, email marketing, and content strategy.
Strong analytical skills: you’re comfortable with funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics.
Ability to execute independently with minimal oversight and high ownership.
Strong copy instincts and an understanding of how creatives evaluate and adopt new tools.
Comfortable editing or writing code to ship experiments quickly.
Bonus: experience growing creative tools, design products, or developer-facing platforms.
What we offer:
Openness to sponsoring international candidates (e.g., STEM OPT, OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3).
Work alongside a world-class team building the future of AI creative tooling.
Significant scope and company-wide impact.
Competitive compensation (75th percentile of market) with meaningful equity.
Apply before August 22, 2026.
05How is the ICP / persona work structured between product marketing and sales?
Why ask this: Triggered when product marketing or sales enablement signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of product marketing / enablement signals.
