Growth stack
Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01Who owns landing page testing, analytics implementation, and shipping decisions?
Why ask this: Triggered when CRO, experimentation, or website signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of website / cro signals.
02How is the relationship between paid acquisition and lifecycle structured?
Why ask this: Triggered when both paid and lifecycle signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of both paid and lifecycle signals.
03How are retention, activation, and reactivating-lapsed accounts measured?
Why ask this: Triggered when lifecycle or retention signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of lifecycle / retention signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Lifecycle / CRM angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: segmentation and lifecycle journeys, CRM tooling and journey orchestration, and retention, activation, and reactivation impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions lifecycle / email / crm and retention.
Angle 02
SEO / organic angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: technical SEO and content production, organic traffic and pipeline contribution, and tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
Why we suggest this: posting mentions seo / content.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Who We Are
Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.
We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more.
Roboflow is supported by great customers and investors, having raised over $63 million from Y Combinator, Google Ventures, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, amongst other leading software investors.
Roboflowers are passionate builders who value ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action. We're curious, hands-on with new tech, and prefer showing our work over talking about it. Many of us have a founder mindset and thrive in our high-autonomy environment.
You are building the machinery that powers our growth engine. You’ll be the intersection of engineering, marketing, and product, using AI to accelerate everything we do and building systems that scale our reach to the next 10 million developers. This is a high-impact, high-agency position to build a world-class growth function.
Responsibilities include:
Build AI Automations: Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to automate lead qualification, content distribution, and personalized outreach. You should be the person asking, "How can we use LLMs to do this 10x faster?"
Own the Website: Treat our website as a product. You’ll own the performance, experiments, and conversion paths, ensuring roboflow.com is a high-converting machine.
GTM Engineering: Build the connective tissue between our tools. Whether it's connecting APIs, setting up webhooks, or building custom scrapers, you bridge the gap between marketing ideas and technical execution.
Lifecycle Marketing: Design the end-to-end user journey. You’ll use email flows, in-app triggers, and retention loops to turn a first-time user into a power user and advocate.
Analytics & Integration: You’ll ensure we have a clear view of our funnel from first touch to closed-won and find opportunities across all channels to increase leads, pipeline, and revenue. You have a track record of stitching together a Marketing stack and managing data pipelines.
Be a Generalist: On any given day, you might be building automations with Sales, working on a viral website for a product launch, or spinning up a new programmatic SEO strategy. You thrive on variety and aren’t afraid to dive into the unknown.
Ownership Mindset: end-to-end ownership of the infrastructure and the outcomes it produces
A Technical Generalist: You are technical enough to ship your ideas and can navigate a modern tech stack. You don’t wait for an engineer to build a tool for you; you build it yourself.
Automation Obsessed: You are an expert in the modern automation stack (Zapier, Clay, OpenAI API) and love finding ways to remove manual friction.
Data-Driven: You don't just "feel" like a campaign worked; you prove it. You have deep experience with analytics tools (PostHog, Segment, Hex, etc.).
Growth Mindset: You understand that growth is a game of experiments. You ship quickly, measure, and iterate or kill projects based on how they perform.
Product-Minded: You understand developers and the B2B world. You know that marketing to this audience means being helpful, technical, and providing immediate value.
