We’ve raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, which made its first sales-tech investment in over a decade with us. About the Role:
We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead Nooks' Growth Marketing organization.
You'll own the strategy, channels, systems, and experimentation that drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth across every stage of the buyer journey. Your mission is to continuously expand our addressable audience, create new opportunities for the business, and improve how prospects discover, engage with, and convert through every digital touchpoint.
This role sits at the center of our go-to-market engine. You'll partner closely with Communications & Content, Product Marketing, Field & Executive Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate great products, compelling stories, and memorable customer experiences into scalable growth.
You'll build and lead a Growth Marketing team and help build the foundation, operating model, and culture that enable Nooks to scale efficiently as we grow.
What You'll Do:
Build our growth engine
Develop the strategy that drives sustainable customer acquisition and pipeline growth
Continuously expand Nooks' addressable audience and identify new opportunities to reach enterprise buyers
Build a diversified growth engine that balances paid, owned, organic, partner, and emerging acquisition channels
Develop annual growth strategies that align investments to measurable business outcomes
Drive acquisition across every digital touchpoint
Own the performance of every digital growth channel, including paid media, website, webinars, SEO, AEO/GEO, conversion optimization, and future acquisition programs
Continuously improve how prospects discover, engage with, and convert through Nooks' digital experiences
Partner with Brand, Communications, and Product Marketing to ensure exceptional storytelling is matched with exceptional performance
Build a culture of experimentation
Establish experimentation as a core operating principle across the Growth Marketing team
Develop testing frameworks across acquisition channels, landing pages, messaging, offers, website experiences, and conversion paths

What You Bring:
8+ years of experience leading Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Proven track record of building acquisition engines that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Deep expertise across paid media, website optimization, SEO, AEO/GEO, conversion rate optimization, webinars, lifecycle acquisition, and digital growth strategies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, diagnose bottlenecks, and make data-driven investment decisions
A relentless experimentation mindset: you constantly test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and optimize based on results
Experience leading Marketing Operations or partnering closely with Marketing Operations to build scalable systems and measurement frameworks
AI-first thinking with a passion for using AI to improve marketing performance, automate workflows, and uncover new growth opportunities
Strong cross-functional leadership with experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, RevOps, and Executive Leadership
