About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This individual will own the planning, execution, and optimization of Dr. Squatch’s email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, with a focus on driving engagement, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing, can independently manage campaigns from ideation through reporting, and is comfortable partnering cross-functionally in a fast-moving eCommerce environment. This role will lead campaign calendar development, campaign ideation, and the A/B testing calendar across email and SMS, including test execution, performance reporting, and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Lifecycle.
This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina Del Rey, CA.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 to $115,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
