Adobe Marketo, Salesforce, and integrated event platforms (webinars/virtual events/in-

Responsibilities
Marketo Program delivery & operations (Japan-first, regionally aligned)
• Own end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo (emails, landing pages, forms,
workflows, nurtures, triggers), ensuring flawless deployment and post-launch
validation.
• Leverage global standard templates and QA/governance (naming, tags,
channels, tokens, UTM structure, compliance checks) to reduce rework and
increase reliability.
• Manage segmentation, lead routing, and lifecycle programs aligned with Japan
go-to-market priorities (HCP, hospital, system, fellows/residents as applicable).
CRM + data integration (Marketo ↔ Salesforce)
• Own and monitor Marketo–Salesforce integration health, data mapping, sync
behavior, and governance (field mapping, lead/contact updates, campaign
attribution support).
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance teams to ensure reporting-ready data flows
(clean source tracking, campaign membership integrity, accurate consent +
timestamps where relevant).
Multi-channel automation beyond email (web, events)
• Partner with Web/Digital to operationalize web form + landing page experiences
that connect to Marketo/Salesforce, improving conversion and user experience.
• Scale event-driven journeys leveraging event/webinar platforms such as ON24
and/or Cvent, including registration, attendance capture, follow-up, and
attribution.
• Support Japan-specific channel expansion, nurture/engagement patterns (where
compliant and approved), coordinating data capture, preference management,
and measurement.
Optimization & continuous improvement
• Drive experimentation and optimization (A/B tests, cadence improvements,
journey refinements, lifecycle improvements) to improve engagement and
conversion outcomes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, propose scalable fixes, and build “self-serve”
enablement assets for marketers and agency partners.
Compliance & quality in healthcare
• Ensure all data capture and outbound communications align with internal
governance and applicable privacy expectations (consent language, retention
rules, auditability, and secure handling
