Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Mercor's mission is to organize human intelligence to power the AI economy. We're a leading AI data company, building the layer between human expertise and frontier models. Millions of domain experts on the platform are paid over $4 million per day to train frontier AI models. Mercor's APEX benchmark family measures AI's real-world impact on professional work. Mercor Enterprise brings this same infrastructure to Fortune 500 companies: helping companies capture how their best people actually work, translating that expertise directly back into agents.
Mercor is creating a new category of work where expertise powers AI advancement. Achieving this requires an ambitious, fast-paced and deeply committed team. You’ll work alongside researchers, operators, and AI companies at the forefront of shaping the systems that are redefining society. Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices.
Enterprise evals is one of Mercor's top priorities and one of the largest new markets in AI. The frontier labs already run evals to build their models. As companies put AI agents into real work, they will need to run evals too. Mercor is building a new eval business unit to lead that market.
You'll be the first dedicated marketer on evals - from positioning and planning campaigns to executing across all areas of marketing. You'll partner with research and GTM to understand the buyer and run campaigns across paid, email, social, and organic.
Own marketing for Evals end to end, building a roadmap around high-impact programs.

5–8+ years in B2B marketing, with hands-on work across more than one area (demand gen, product marketing, content, events). The title is flexible depending on experience.
Depth in one or two of those areas and fluency across the rest. You can do the work yourself and you know what good looks like everywhere else.
Built or scaled marketing at a Series B or C hypergrowth company, not just a large tech company. You've been on a small, early team and can flex across functions.
A track record of cross-channel campaigns that moved pipeline.
Fluent with AI and modern marketing tools for research, content, campaigns, and automation.
You understand the speed of AI companies and can build modern demand programs to match the pace expected.
