About the Role
Homera Health is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help plan and execute our marketing efforts as we grow. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys owning work end to end, and can move between planning and execution without a lot of structure or oversight.
You'll work closely with leadership and external partners to run marketing initiatives across lifecycle marketing, paid media creative production, educational content, social media, and website/landing page projects. This role requires both strong execution skills and the ability to think strategically about how channels work together.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Coordination
Plan and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives in alignment with evolving priorities
Own marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability
Coordinate work with external vendors, freelancers, and partners
Manage campaign launches, updates, and executional follow-through
Support day-to-day marketing operations and project management across initiatives
Lifecycle Marketing (LCM)
Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS, supporting key stages of the customer journey from onboarding through engagement and retention
Build, manage, and update core lifecycle flows
Partner with leadership to align lifecycle initiatives with business priorities
Paid Media – Creative Production
Plan and manage creative production for paid channels (Meta, Google, etc.)
Develop creative briefs, messaging direction, and testing approaches
Coordinate asset creation, feedback, and iteration with designers and external partners
Ensure paid creative and messaging are aligned with landing page, onboarding, and lifecycle experiences
Website & Landing Page Projects
Coordinate and manage website updates and landing page projects
Work with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time
Ensure landing pages align with campaign goals, messaging, and conversion objectives
Support ongoing optimization and testing efforts to improve performance
Educational Content Production
Plan, produce, and distribute educational content across marketing channels
Ensure educational content supports conversion, onboarding, and retention goals
Social Media Management
Own social media planning and execution across priority platforms
Develop content calendars and oversee posting and engagement
Ensure social content aligns with brand, education, and growth objectives
Qualifications
3–7 years of hands-on marketing experience in early-stage or fast-moving environments, with direct ownership of campaign execution
Experience managing one or more of the following areas: content production, social media, paid social, lifecycle marketing (LCM), conversion rate optimization (CRO), or related marketing functions
Exposure to performance marketing creative testing and iteration
Demonstrated ability to plan and run campaigns end to end across multiple channels without heavy oversight
Practical experience coordinating creative, content, lifecycle, and/or web projects simultaneously
Comfortable using performance results to prioritize work and make improvements
Proven ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and deliver consistently in ambiguous environments
Clear communicator who can work effectively with leadership and external partners
Nice to Have
Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer brands
Familiarity with email/SMS platforms and social scheduling tools
