Marketing Manager - South East Asia

Job Summary

InterSystems is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our Southeast Asia marketing team and drive regional growth across Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Product Management and regional leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate demand and support revenue growth across Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing strategy while also executing campaigns, partnering with Sales, and leading a high-performing marketing team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Southeast Asia marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, social media and demand generation.
• Lead go-to-market activities for new products and strategic initiatives.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth through field marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Manage regional events, conferences, seminars and customer engagements.
• Develop compelling marketing content including customer stories, webinars, presentations and thought leadership.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing effectiveness using data and marketing automation tools.
• Manage external agencies, marketing budgets and regional vendors.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing regional marketing team.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across Southeast Asia.

 

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise software or technology.
• Previous experience leading and developing marketing teams is essential.
• Strong experience developing and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns.
• Experience with demand generation, digital marketing and marketing automation (HubSpot desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Sales, Product Management and regional leadership.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southeast Asia.

  Education and Training

• Marketing or Business Degree
• 10+ years prior experience in a comparable marketing role, ideally for marketing communication for software technology
