What you'll do
Platform Management
Run our marketing tools day to day (Marketo, Salesforce, and others). Keep them set up right and working well together
Keep data moving cleanly between our marketing tools and our CRM. Make sure leads, contacts, and campaign data are correct and ready to use
Find and fix gaps between systems. Work with Revenue Operations and IT. DShare what you think is causing it and what to try first
Handle lead lifecycle management like duplicate cleanups, field rules, and funnel Stage
Vendor Management
Manage our tool vendors. Test new tools, help with renewals and contracts, and add or remove tools as our needs change
Write down how our systems work and how to run them. Be the first stop for marketing systems requests. Own your tasks, set timelines, and share updates before people ask
Automation & Reporting
Build AI workflows that cut manual work in lead routing, data cleanup, and campaign tasks. Spot repeat work and suggest ways to automate it
Keep our campaign tagging and UTM rules clean so we can measure how marketing drives revenue

Requirements
Experience in marketing ops, revenue ops, or a similar role. B2B SaaS experience is a plus
Hands-on work running a marketing platform (ideally Marketo) and a CRM (ideally Salesforce), including how they connect. You know your way around Salesforce and where data lives
You have managed or tested marketing tools (Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Gong, 6Sense, etc.)
You know how B2B SaaS sales works, from first outreach to closed deal. You understand terms like pipeline, ARR, ACV, and churn
Strong with data. You build clean models and reports on your own
You use AI tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) every day to work faster
You own your work. You track your own tasks, hit deadlines, flag problems early, and bring a fix when something goes wrong
Excellent email, and social communication skills in English. You adjust how you explain things for technical and non-technical people
You know at least one data tool beyond Excel (Tableau, Salesforce Reports, or basic SQL). You pick up new tools fast
Bonus:
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs (Marketo API is a plus), or reverse ETL tools
