Role Overview
Angel City FC is seeking a highly analytical, growth-minded Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media portfolio. This role is directly responsible for driving ticketing and eCommerce revenue, maximizing ROAS, and scaling our digital and physical footprint.
As a proactive self-starter, you will manage a significant media budget, overseeing our primary digital media agency for paid social, search, programmatic, and display networks, while directly managing external vendors for a robust Out-of-Home (OOH) footprint and key contractual media flights. We are looking for an agile marketer who doesn't just manage campaigns but actively uncovers new opportunities to scale, moving comfortably between data analysis and strategic pivots to hit our ambitious revenue goals.

In addition to the benefits above, this role's pay range is between $85,000 and $95,000, based on experience.
