What you'll be doing
As our Product Marketing & Growth Manager, you’ll be the person who successfully launches new product features and scales Satispay’s product across markets to drive user adoption and engagement. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
B2B Product Marketing Plans – Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with Product, CRM, RevOps, Performance, and Creative teams to align on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for effective launch campaigns.
B2B Acquisition and Retention – Plan, forecast, and roll out acquisition channels for selected audiences to achieve targets, and coordinate retention campaigns with the CRM team to enhance retention.
Continuous Improvement – Continually assess program effectiveness, employing industry best practices and seeking opportunities for improvement.

Product Marketing Experience – You have strong marketing experience in a dynamic environment, with expertise in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and user acquisition campaigns. B2B product experience is a plus.
Project Management & Organization – With strong prioritization and stakeholder management abilities, you excel at leading projects with multiple cross-functional teams.
Analytical & Data-Driven – You leverage data to inform strategies, track performance, and uncover insights for ongoing improvements.
Adaptability & Resilience – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking on challenges positively and continuously raising your performance standards.
Language Proficiency – Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Salary: €40,000 - €52,000 gross per annum
This range is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent.
