Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid on-site, with up to 20% travel)

NODA is a venture-backed company building autonomous orchestration software for unmanned systems across air, sea, land, and space. Our customers operate in defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors where mission failure is not an option.
Product Marketing Managers at NODA own the full arc from market research and positioning to field demonstrations and customer adoption. This is not a support role. You will directly manage how novel technology reaches the people who need it.
You will lead product marketing for our autonomous orchestration platform, working directly with customers in the field, partnering with product and business development teams, and driving go-to-market execution. Expect equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Own product marketing strategy for autonomous orchestration solutions, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis
Engage directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to gather feedback and build market understanding
Develop and execute go-to-market plans in close coordination with product management and business development
Build sales enablement materials, demo environments, and technical content that support the full sales cycle
Manage product launches and coordinate with deployment teams on customer integrations
Analyze user feedback systematically and translate findings into actionable product improvements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2+ years of product marketing experience
Working knowledge of the U.S. defense and intelligence market, including key buyers, procurement processes, and industry players
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance
MBA or advanced degree
Military, government, or defense industry experience
Technical background in engineering, computer science, or robotics
Demonstrated ability to accelerate product marketing deliverables and automate workstreams with agentic artificial intelligence systems
