Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01How is success measured for this role?
Why ask this: Useful when the posting doesn't name success metrics. Triggered by the posting’s mention of baseline (always asked when metrics are missing).
02How is the relationship between paid acquisition and lifecycle structured?
Why ask this: Triggered when both paid and lifecycle signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of both paid and lifecycle signals.
03How are retention, activation, and reactivating-lapsed accounts measured?
Why ask this: Triggered when lifecycle or retention signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of lifecycle / retention signals.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Lifecycle / CRM angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: segmentation and lifecycle journeys, CRM tooling and journey orchestration, and retention, activation, and reactivation impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions lifecycle / email / crm.
Angle 02
SEO / organic angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: technical SEO and content production, organic traffic and pipeline contribution, and tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
Why we suggest this: posting mentions seo / content.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

About AiPrise
AiPrise is the global compliance platform for companies that operate across borders. We cover the full KYB lifecycle in a single API, with AI agents handling the case work that used to eat analyst hours. Customers include Meta, Bridge (a Stripe company), Airwallex, and Nivoda. We're a YC company (S22), Series A backed by Headline, and growing fast.
About this role
We're looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our media engine.
This is a builder role. You'll own the strategy, creation, and growth of our content across long-form research, newsletter, podcast, and social. Some of this exists and needs to be taken to the next level. Some of it you'll build from scratch. Either way, you'll shape how the market understands AiPrise.
Our audience is compliance leaders. They've been doing this work for 15+ years, they know the vocabulary, and they can smell marketing from a mile away. The content that wins with them is specific, sourced, and useful. That's the bar.
You'll work directly with our founders, product team, customers, and industry experts to turn real insight into content people in this industry actually read, share, and act on.
What you'll own
Content strategy across channels, from a clear editorial point of view to a consistent publishing engine.
Long-form content: original research, industry reports, white papers, and guides that become reference material for compliance teams.
Our newsletter, Compliance Compass. It has a real subscriber base and a monthly cadence. Your job is to make it the industry read.
Our podcast, from concept and guest selection through production, distribution, and growth. You may be the face of it. Comfort on camera is a real part of this role.
Organic social content that builds audience and earns attention.
Repurposing systems: turning one strong idea into many pieces across channels.
Working with our founders and subject matter experts to turn their insight into stories worth sharing.
Measurement. Every piece of content gets judged on results, and what isn't working gets killed fast.
Who you are
5+ years in content marketing, editorial, or journalism.
You've built content programs from the ground up and can show the results.
An exceptional writer and editor with a strong point of view on what makes content great.
Comfortable on camera and behind a mic. You can host a conversation with an industry expert and hold your own.
You take complex, technical subject matter and make it clear without dumbing it down.
You treat accuracy as non-negotiable. Every stat you publish is sourced and defensible. This is a hard requirement, not a preference.
Comfortable working directly with founders, executives, and subject matter experts.
High ownership, high autonomy, fast pace, and real care about the quality of what ships.
Nice to have
Experience in compliance, fintech, or another regulated industry.
Experience creating category-defining thought leadership.
Strong instincts for social distribution and audience building.
Experience with SEO, analytics, and content growth loops.
Fluency with AI tools for research, workflows, and content production.
Why this role matters
Content is how we educate the market, build trust, and earn the attention of an audience that's skeptical by profession. This role shapes how AiPrise is understood as we grow.
Apply before August 21, 2026.
