Building Healthcare That Remembers
Every time you call a doctor's office, the system forgets you the moment you hang up. You wait on hold, explain everything from scratch, get bounced between lines, and hope someone follows up. Everyone has felt this. No one should have to.
At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 210 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways.
We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list!
Healthcare spends $1.1 trillion a year on administration instead of care. If you want to help change that, apply below.
We're looking for a Senior Event Marketing Manager to turn every conference, roundtable, and owned summit into a pipeline engine. You'll build Assort's end-to-end event program, from trade show presence to intimate executive dinners and our annual Assort Ascend customer event with a clear mandate: get the right people in the room, deepen relationships with the customers and make it undeniable that Assort owns the category in AI-powered patient access.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Events and Field Marketing.
Location: San Francisco or New York
Own end-to-end execution of Assort's presence at industry conferences annually, across our 20+ served verticals.
Lead logistics for trade show booths, from vendor selection and booth design to staffing plans, demos and onsite coordination.
Build and manage Assort's owned event program, including executive dinners, customer roundtables and roadshows.
Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to design pre event outreach campaigns that drive booth traffic and meeting bookings.
Build the post event report: meetings held, pipeline sourced, cost per opportunity, and learnings for next time.
Track and report on event ROI, meetings sourced, pipeline influenced, CAC contribution — and use data to inform the event calendar each quarter.
Develop post event follow up playbooks to ensure leads are captured, enriched, and routed promptly into pipeline.
Manage event budgets with rigor, negotiating contracts with venues, AV vendors, swag suppliers, and sponsorship packages.
Collaborate with Brand and Content to ensure consistent messaging, collateral quality, and visual identity across all event touchpoints.
Identify emerging conferences and community events aligned to our specialty expansion roadmap and evaluate sponsorship opportunities.
6 years of B2B, SaaS enterprise event marketing experience.
Proven track record managing complex, multi stakeholder events from conception through debrief.
Strong project management skills, you thrive on checklists, timelines, and keeping a dozen threads moving simultaneously.
Experience working directly with Sales to design event programs that convert to pipeline.
Comfortable with event analytics and CRM reporting (Salesforce or HubSpot).
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time for onsite event management.
Exceptional communicator, you can brief an exec on a keynote panel and brief a booth vendor on signage specs in the same afternoon.
Ability to manage mutiple events at one time, while still thinking about future programs.
Existing relationships within health system or medical society conference ecosystems.
Experience with AI or voice technology companies.
Background in demand generation or field marketing.
Familiarity with healthcare conference rhythms, eg: HIMSS, ViVE, specialty society annual meetings.
Experience managing owned summits or executive hospitality programs.
