Original employer description

Hi! We’re Leaply — a fast-growing ecosystem of digital and physical products designed to help people build healthier habits and lead better lives. We launched in 2024 and have already seen explosive growth — 10x revenue in the past six months — with strong traction across the US, Europe, and beyond.
At Leaply, we challenge traditional career paths — we value ownership over job titles, and impact over process. We move fast, think big, and expect every team member to contribute beyond their scope.
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven User Acquisition Manager to take our growth engine to the next level. In this role, you’ll own acquisition strategy, test new funnels, and work closely with product and creative teams to turn insights into real business results. There is a strong opportunity for rapid growth into a lead role.
What you’ll do:
— Launch, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across Tier 1 markets
— Track and optimize key metrics — CAC, LTV, ROI — and directly influence revenue growth
— Build and improve automated workflows for campaign management, creative testing, and reporting
— Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, and Product teams
— Proactively suggest and test new hypotheses to push performance forward
You’re a great fit if you:
— Have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
— Think analytically and structurally, and know how to turn data into action
— Bring a test-and-learn mindset, move fast, and thrive in fast-moving teams
— Have B2+ English, comfortable working across English-speaking markets
— Have mix of creativity and logic — you can brainstorm a bold ad angle and calculate CAC within the same breath
Bonus points for:
— Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Airtable, Amplitude, AppsFlyer
— Experience in Tier 1 markets: US, UK, Canada, Australia
— Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM
— Prior experience in fast-growing B2C startups
What you’ll get:
— Competitive compensation
— Office in Warsaw or Kyiv, with perks (lunches, gym, health insurance)
— Full ownership of your performance area and a say in growth strategy
— Support from an experienced team with multiple successful exits
— Access to internal communities in marketing, product, and payments
— A meaningful mission — Leaply is about helping people live better lives, every day
Leaply is backed by SKELAR, a venture builder with over 10 successful B2C businesses in its portfolio. SKELAR provides access to the best payment infrastructure for our business model, along with financial and legal support in our target locations. They also organize internal clubs focused on professional development in marketing, development, and payments. With SKELAR, there's always someone to turn to for advice or assistance.
Beyond business, SKELAR supports the SKELAR Foundation, a charitable initiative created by employees to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Through this initiative, we create and fund large projects that help bring us closer to victory.

Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01Which systems and attribution models are considered the source of truth?
Why ask this: Triggered when marketing ops, attribution, or analytics tooling is named. Triggered by the posting’s mention of marketing ops / analytics tooling.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Paid acquisition angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: paid channel ownership and budget trade-offs, testing velocity on creative and landing pages, and how you measured CAC, ROAS, or pipeline impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions paid search and paid social.
Angle 02
Analytics / reporting angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: data warehouse access and tooling stack, metric definitions and reporting cadence, and attribution and forecasting accuracy
Why we suggest this: posting mentions amplitude and reporting & forecasting.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.
