About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team and drive sales growth across Asia Pacific. You'll work closely with regional sales teams and leadership to build a marketing strategy spanning both online and offline tactics to generate pipeline and revenue across the region. You'll partner with a wide range of cross-functional teams and take ownership of executing and managing all marketing activity in APAC.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute field marketing programs that generate pipeline for the APAC sales team
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to build and implement a go-to-market strategy combining online and offline tactics
• Lead the strategy and execution of custom virtual and in-person events
• Report on marketing activity and the ROI it drives
• Build deep expertise in the region and industry — regulations, key players, and areas of opportunity
• Translate sales priorities into effective marketing programs
• Become the go-to marketing partner for the Sales and Account Management teams
• Build relationships with customers and partners to surface new opportunities that benefit both sides

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, Fintech, or Cyber Security, with solid understanding of channel and funnel marketing tactics
• Proven experience running marketing programs end-to-end across a region
• Agile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment that demands multitasking, transparency, and sharp prioritization
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, plus email marketing platforms
• Campaign management experience: budget ownership and the ability to define, build, optimize, and refine channel campaigns end-to-end (strategy, offers, design, messaging, segmentation, and creative) 
• Background in crypto / blockchain is preferred
• Fluency in a regional language in addition to English  

We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity or crypto industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
