ZoomInfo is hiring a Senior Principal, Demand Generation to own the demand strategy for our existing business, selling to sales, operations and marketing leaders. The approach is value driven rather than lead gen: multi-channel integrated campaigns built on what these buyers actually care about, not volume plays behind a form. It requires cross functional collaboration, pulling Sales, RevOps, content, product marketing and website behind one plan. When the business commits to a growth target, this is the person who turns it into a demand plan the whole R&G team can run behind.

 

What You'll Do

• Own the demand generation plan and the pipeline number for existing business. Set the strategy against our sales, operations and marketing personas, and carry the qualified pipeline and revenue targets that come with it. Lead volume is not the measure.
• Set the account strategy with R&G, finance and RevOps. Agree the priority accounts, the buying groups and the segmentation, then build and execute a plan against this.
• Direct demand creation across paid media, events, content and partnerships. Own the messaging and keep it consistent wherever it shows up.
• Own the investment case. Recommend where the demand budget goes, defend it with numbers, and move it when performance says to.
• Build and execute ABM across our strategic accounts, working directly with the AM team to help them expand and accelerate pipeline here 
• Execute campaigns within the customer base to help drive adoption of new product features and launches. 

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation or integrated campaigns, ideally within SaaS, at senior individual contributor or leadership level.
• Direct accountability for a qualified pipeline or revenue number.
• Experience running targeted account strategies and engaging buying groups through complex buying processes.
• Experience marketing to sales and marketing leaders, and running demand in more than one market.
• Strong command of pipeline metrics and attribution. Fluent in [Salesforce], [HubSpot or Marketo], LinkedIn Ads, and a tool such as Dreamdata.
• A commercial mindset. You understand how demand creation converts into pipeline and revenue, and you manage to that.
• AI curious. You're already testing how AI can sharpen audience building, content and campaign execution, and are keen to push it further.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.$150,850—$237,050 USD
