The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing. Product Marketing at Wealth.com sits within Product (not Marketing), and owns go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging, sales enablement, lifecycle marketing, and product launches across our platform.
In this role, you'll focus on our enterprise segment: the large institutions, RIAs, and wealth management firms that represent our most strategic clients. You'll own positioning and go-to-market strategy for this segment, lead launch execution for new features and products, and act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Customer Success to make sure our enterprise clients understand and adopt what we build.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be expected to execute (not just strategize) across email campaigns, launch assets, sales enablement content, and competitive positioning, while increasingly leveraging AI tools to move faster and do more with a lean team.
Key Responsibilities
Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Wealth.com's product suite, with a growing focus on our enterprise segment as you ramp into the role
Lead end-to-end product launches from positioning and messaging to internal enablement and external communications
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure new features and products land clearly with enterprise clients and drive adoption
Build and execute lifecycle and email marketing campaigns that support activation, adoption, and retention across the client journey
Develop and maintain sales enablement assets (competitive battlecards, talk tracks, and collateral) that help our sales and CS teams win and grow enterprise accounts
Conduct competitive analysis and voice-of-customer research to sharpen positioning and inform roadmap and GTM decisions
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and campaign execution, continuously looking for ways to do more with a lean team
Represent the voice of the enterprise customer internally, ensuring their needs and feedback shape both product and go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS
Experience developing differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks, and translating complex product functionality into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences
Hands-on email marketing execution experience, building, testing, and optimizing campaigns in platforms like Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar
Data-driven approach to the role: comfortable defining and tracking launch effectiveness, feature adoption, and other GTM metrics, and using that data to inform decisions
Demonstrated comfort using AI tools to work faster and more effectively, for research, content creation, competitive analysis, or campaign execution
Experience building sales enablement content (battlecards, talk tracks, one-pagers) that sales teams actually use
Comfortable owning work end-to-end, from strategy through hands-on execution, managing multiple concurrent launches and competing deadlines in a lean, fast-moving team
Preferred Qualifications
B2B SaaS product marketing experience
Experience conducting customer or market research, including win/loss analysis, customer interviews, or voice-of-customer synthesis, to inform positioning and roadmap decisions
Experience marketing in a regulated industry, with comfort navigating compliance and legal review processes
Customer marketing experience, building case studies, testimonials, or customer stories to support sales
Experience with platforms such as Customer.io, Userpilot, and data/analytics platforms (e.g., Omni)
Graphic design skills or experience (Figma, Canva, or similar)
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or estate planning is a significant plus
