We are seeking a CRM and Marketing Technology minded professional to own and evolve our HubSpot platform. As our Technical Platform Specialist (CRM Developer), you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for HubSpot responsible for architecting the integrations and automations that power how our teams acquire, engage, and retain clients.
We need someone who can think in segmentation, configuration, workflows, testing, APIs, do development work and collaborate effectively with internal development and data teams to ensure HubSpot is deeply connected to our broader technology ecosystem. You will be a key driver of customer 360 and building data pipeline between marketing technology systems.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $80,000 to $90,000 CAD.
