Growth stack
Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.

Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Paid acquisition angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: paid channel ownership and budget trade-offs, testing velocity on creative and landing pages, and how you measured CAC, ROAS, or pipeline impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions paid search.
Angle 02
Web / CRO angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: experimentation cadence and analytics, on-site conversion wins, and collaboration with design and product teams

Angle 03

Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Who are we?
Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems where teams and metadata agents plan, change, and govern systems with speed and confidence.
What will you do at Sweep?
We're looking for a high-impact Growth Marketer to own strategy, execution, and results across paid and select organic acquisition channels. You'll own the paid programs, build the acquisition system, and work closely with Sales to turn pipeline into revenue — testing new ideas, doubling down on what works, and shaping how the company shows up in the market.
Own paid acquisition and email nurture programs
Drive strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative and continuously test and iterate.
Own email nurture programs to keep leads engaged and move them through the funnel to pipeline.
Build and scale the pipeline engine.
Map how customers are acquired, find the patterns, and turn them into a repeatable system.
Connect paid programs with field, partner, and outbound motions into one cohesive acquisition system.
Partner with Sales to drive revenue.
Keep marketing, BDR, and sales aligned on targeting, messaging, and pipeline quality
Use data and sales feedback to double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
Build an AI-native growth approach.
Design and deploy AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive work across targeting, segmentation, creative testing, performance reporting, and lead routing
Build systems, not just prompts - think orchestration, automation, and compounding leverage, not one-off tools
Continuously identify where AI can remove friction, surface insights, or improve decision-making across the full acquisition funnel
Bring your own playbook - we expect you to introduce tools, workflows, and approaches we haven't thought of yet, and ship them fast
Bring your own playbook — we expect you to introduce tools, workflows, and approaches we haven't thought of yet.
This is not your average growth marketing role.
You own pipeline, not just campaigns.
You run the paid channels.
You are building the system, not just executing within one.
You operate across marketing and sales.
You help define how growth works in a new category.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem)
Hands on experience with LinkedIn, Google Paid Search, Meta, Youtube, Reddit.
Proven ability to execute across brand and demand generation.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, pipeline tracking)
Experience working closely with Sales and BDR teams.
