What you will do
Localize and execute Plaud’s global integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, paid media, and multiple sales channels.
Collaborate with Global IMC teams to translate strategic direction into actionable, market-specific campaign plans.
Own paid media strategy and execution across the Americas, from channel planning to in-flight optimization.
Design and run experiments across channels, creative, audiences, and budget allocation to find what scales.
Build attribution and measurement frameworks that connect media spend to pipeline and revenue.
Manage media and agency partners against clear performance targets and efficiency goals.
Track performance, report on what drives results, and reallocate budget toward proven channels.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand activation, ideally in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics.
Proven track record managing cross-channel campaigns and coordinating agencies or partners.
Hands-on experience running media across Meta, Google, Amazon, and programmatic platforms.
Proven track record designing experiments and reading results to lift channel performance.
Strong grasp of attribution, incrementality, and marketing measurement methods.
Comfort with data. You can pull, analyze, and act on campaign performance yourself.
Strong understanding of paid, earned, and owned media ecosystems.
Excellent English communication and project management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
