What you will do
Own and execute lifecycle programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation, building and optimizing automated journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging.
Design and iterate on lifecycle flows using behavioral segmentation and user signals, improving targeting, timing, and personalization to drive user engagement.
Analyze lifecycle performance using campaign metrics, cohort trends, and experiment results, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Partner with product, data, and marketing teams to support product launches, feature adoption, and user education through lifecycle communications.
Contribute to both B2C user lifecycle and B2B-oriented use cases (e.g., professional usage, team adoption signals) through targeted lifecycle programs.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or growth marketing in a digital product or technology environment.
Hands-on experience building and executing lifecycle campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, using platforms like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar.
Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and basic lifecycle journey design, with the ability to translate user behavior into campaign logic.
Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing, campaign performance metrics, and basic data analysis to optimize lifecycle performance.
Exposure to both B2C and B2B or product-led environments, with an interest in how lifecycle programs can support both user engagement and product adoption.
