Rogo is looking for a scrappy, high-agency Demand Generation Manager to build and own our demand engine from the ground up. This is a 0→1 role where you will be responsible for driving pipeline through performance marketing, channel strategy, and full-funnel optimization.
You will work directly with leadership to translate a strong product and brand vision into scalable acquisition and growth systems. This role is highly execution-focused - ideal for someone who wants to be in the weeds, move quickly, and have a direct impact on revenue.
Own demand generation end-to-end, from strategy through execution and reporting
Develop and execute paid acquisition and channel strategies across core platforms
Build and iterate on SEO and organic growth initiatives
Collaborate closely with design to produce high-quality content and campaigns
Own funnel performance, including conversion optimization across the entire customer journey
Build reporting infrastructure and track performance across channels and campaigns
Manage and present budgets, performance, and strategy updates to leadership on a regular cadence
Work cross-functionally with sales and post-sales teams to align on pipeline generation and feedback loops
Partner closely with analytics to develop a strong measurement and attribution framework
Continuously test, learn, and refine strategies to improve pipeline generation and efficiency
3–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition, channel strategy, and/or SEO
Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns and drive measurable outcomes (pipeline, conversion, CAC)
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reporting, and funnel metrics
Experience working in B2B environments (mid-market or enterprise preferred)
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment without heavy structure
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
High attention to detail and willingness to own execution end-to-end
You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.
You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.
You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.
You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.
Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.
Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.
A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.
Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.
Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
