The role
We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager, AI to own pipeline-focused marketing at Suite. This person will build and run the programs that create demand, capture intent, and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
We want someone who is deeply performance-oriented and genuinely AI-first in how they work. You should know how to use AI to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production, testing, lead nurture, reporting, and funnel optimization. This role is for someone who wants to build a smarter, faster demand engine from the ground up.
What you’ll do
Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, email, landing pages, nurture, retargeting, and campaign testing
Build full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth
Use AI to improve audience research, campaign development, personalization, reporting, and performance analysis
Create AI-assisted systems for faster campaign iteration and better conversion optimization
Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline progression
Build persona-based and use-case-based campaigns that speak to the right buyers
Improve funnel performance from first touch through qualified opportunity
Develop clear reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion, and efficiency
What we’re looking for
5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
Proven ownership of paid campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and funnel optimization
Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign and CRM data
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve execution and decision-making
Strong operator mindset with a bias toward testing and iteration
Bonus: experience in technical SaaS, infrastructure software, workflow tools, or creative-tech markets
