We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll help us execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns and leverage data insights to drive brand consistency and growth across the Emirates.
You’ll be joining the UAE Marketing team. We sit at the heart of Deliveroo’s local operations, shaping how we connect with consumers through data-driven storytelling and cutting-edge digital strategies.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and local publishers to ensure consistent brand representation.
Media Planning & Execution: Develop detailed media plans and schedules, ensuring creative assets are deployed efficiently to meet performance KPIs.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner with brand and platform teams to brainstorm social media ideas, sharing global best practices and local insights.
Data-Driven Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive reports to track ROI, translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
Content Excellence: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in Arabic and English copywriting and visual design across all digital touchpoints.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Professional experience: Proven experience in Digital Marketing or Media Management with a strong understanding of the UAE media landscape.
Linguistic Skills: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential for high-quality copywriting.
Technical Knowledge: Significant experience in media planning and a "test-and-learn" approach to digital platforms.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Eligibility: This role is part of our commitment to nurturing local talent and is open to UAE Nationals (Valid UAE Passport and Family Book/Khulasat Al Qaid required).
