Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Industrial labor powers our world and protecting the people who do that work is both a moral imperative and a business advantage. At Voxel, we're transforming workplace safety and operational efficiency through AI-driven computer vision technology that helps organizations see unseen risks before incidents occur.
Voxel's platform enables Fortune 500 safety and operations leaders to uncover root causes, drive proactive risk reduction, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. Our Solutions Engineering team ensures customers successfully adopt, deploy, and scale Voxel across complex enterprise environments.
Reporting directly to the CMO, the Director of Demand Generation is a senior, hands-on leader who owns the full demand engine — strategy and execution. You will build and run integrated, multi-channel programs that generate measurable pipeline across our North American market, with direct ownership of digital marketing, inbound pipeline creation, and account-based experience programs tailored to our industrial ICP segments.
This is not a purely strategic role. We're looking for someone who can architect the demand framework and roll up their sleeves to operate it — writing campaign briefs, managing paid channels, building nurture flows, and pulling performance reports themselves.
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution — Own the North American demand generation plan end-to-end, translating company growth goals into integrated campaign programs across digital, ABM, field events, webinars, and partner channels. Set targets, allocate budget, and hold accountability for pipeline contribution.
Digital Marketing & Inbound Pipeline Ownership — Directly manage and optimize paid search, paid social, SEO/content distribution, and marketing automation to drive inbound pipeline. You will be hands-on in platform execution — building campaigns in HubSpot, managing spend in Google and LinkedIn, and continuously optimizing for CPL, MQL quality, and conversion rates.
ABX Orchestration — Lead account-based experience programs for priority ICP segments across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and logistics. Develop executive engagement programs, industry-specific content plays, and targeted digital sequences that advance strategic accounts.
Partner GTM Support — Execute "to/through/with" partner marketing activities aligned to our global partner marketing framework, supporting channel and alliance partners with co-marketing programs and joint demand generation.
Sales & BDR Alignment — Work closely with Sales Development and Field Sales to define lead management SLAs, optimize handoff and follow-up processes, and ensure tight alignment on ICP targeting, messaging, and pipeline attribution.
Data-Driven Performance Management — Own the demand generation reporting framework in partnership with RevOps. Build and maintain dashboards tracking funnel performance, channel efficiency, and pipeline influence — and use that data to make fast, informed optimization decisions.
Team & Budget Leadership — Manage a small but growing team, external agencies, and a meaningful demand gen budget. Hire, develop, and hold the bar on output quality and business impact.
7–10 years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role owning pipeline targets in a high-growth technology company.
Proven operator with hands-on digital marketing chops — you have personally managed paid search and paid social campaigns, built HubSpot workflows, and can diagnose funnel performance at the channel level without relying on an analyst to pull the data for you.
Inbound pipeline builder — demonstrated track record of building inbound engines (SEO, content, paid, automation) that generate consistent, qualified pipeline, not just MQL volume.
ABM fluency — experience running account-based programs using 6sense or equivalent, with a clear point of view on how to tier accounts, personalize outreach, and measure account engagement.
Industrial or enterprise SaaS background preferred — experience marketing complex technology solutions to operations, EHS, risk, or supply chain buyers is a strong differentiator.
Tech stack depth — hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Comfortable owning these tools directly, not just overseeing others who use them.
