Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Director of Performance Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team in Shanghai to support a new, unannounced mobile ARPG based on a major IP!

The Performance Marketing team is focused on driving player growth and efficiency across a diverse set of digital marketing channels. With teams across the US and Europe, we operate in a fast-evolving mobile advertising ecosystem. In this role, you will play a critical part in launching and scaling our next major title, shaping the future of user acquisition at Scopely.
You will lead performance marketing efforts for a new, unannounced ARPG title based on a major IP, driving global user growth and building scalable acquisition strategies from pre-launch through live operations. You will also build and operate Scopely’s first UA pod in China. This role partners closely with Product, Finance, Analytics, Growth Marketing, Creative, and Data Engineering, and sits within Scopely’s Performance Marketing organization.
