Scopely is looking for a Director, Performance Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team to support a new, unannounced ARPG mobile game based on a major IP. This role is available on a hybrid basis in Los Angeles, CA, or remotely within the United States.

The Performance Marketing team is focused on driving player growth and efficiency across a diverse set of digital marketing channels. With teams across the US and Europe, the team operates in a fast-evolving mobile advertising ecosystem.
In this role, you will play a critical part in launching and scaling Scopely’s next major title, shaping user acquisition strategy from pre-launch testing through global scale.
The Director, Performance Marketing will lead global performance marketing strategy and execution for a new, unannounced ARPG mobile title based on a major IP. This role is responsible for driving player growth, building scalable acquisition strategies, optimizing multi-million-dollar budgets, and developing a high-performing performance marketing team across global markets.
