Counsel Health is seeking a high-caliber Enterprise Marketing Manager to help build and scale our marketing strategy and pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, sales enablement, and thought leadership, and is designed for someone who thrives on translating complex healthcare technology into compelling narratives in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner closely with Sales, Clinical, AI, and Product teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns, develop thought leadership content, and create sales enablement materials that shape how Counsel communicates its value to enterprise buyers.
Design and execute demand and lead generation campaigns across media partners and paid social (LinkedIn and Google), targeting enterprise buyers. Run structured A/B tests across messaging, creative, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.
Plan and execute in-person and virtual events across Counsel’s enterprise segments.
Identify performance gaps across channels and recommend optimizations to ensure outcomes align with internal KPIs.
Strengthen Counsel’s position as a leader in AI-enabled care through high-quality thought leadership, including white papers and blog content.
Partner closely with the commercial team to create sales enablement assets that support enterprise conversations, including outbound messaging, custom decks, and one-pagers.
Collaborate with marketing leadership and the commercial team to define account-based marketing strategy and target accounts.
Manage the marketing activity calendar, ensuring all initiatives align with organizational priorities.
Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of enterprise marketing initiatives to marketing and sales leadership.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development and create interactive experiences that support thought leadership and lead generation efforts.
5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS, with 3+ years focused on demand and lead generation in a high-growth environment.
Proven experience planning and executing marketing programs across paid social, content syndication, events, webinars, and related channels.
Demonstrated track record of generating pipeline for a sales organization, with ownership of MQLs, SQLs, and net-new revenue. Able to clearly articulate how your work has driven revenue opportunities.
Comfortable using data to guide experimentation and decision-making, with the ability to evaluate performance across campaigns, messaging tests, and growth channels.
Strong ability to produce high-quality marketing and sales assets, including white papers and one-pagers.
Analytical mindset, using performance data to inform marketing decisions and develop hypotheses and recommendations.
Genuine curiosity about how AI is transforming healthcare access, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers.
Experience operating in fast-moving environments, with a track record of building processes, systems, and assets from the ground up.
Experience marketing AI-powered or technically complex products, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.
Background in a high-growth B2B healthcare or digital health company, ideally within a new or emerging market category.
