Work Mode: Hybrid 3+ days per week in our Dublin office
Department: Marketing
LearnUpon partners with over 1,600 organisations globally to unlock the potential of employees, customers & members through learning that’s easy, scalable and focused on results.
CreateUpon is our brand-new, AI-first, cutting-edge solution that fundamentally changes how companies build instructional content. To help us scale this new venture and hit our growth targets, we are looking for a scrappy, entrepreneurial Growth Marketer to own the funnel from the ground up, fueling our product and sales led motions.
The LearnUpon Marketing Team, specifically our Demand Generation and Growth engine functions as a strategic catalyst for scaling our global reach and driving revenue growth. We are a fast-moving, data-driven group responsible for capturing market interest, optimizing full-funnel conversion, and introducing groundbreaking innovations like CreateUpon to the world. By combining advanced marketing automation, cutting-edge AI workflows, and collaborative cross-functional execution, we build the predictable growth loops that fuel LearnUpon's most ambitious customer acquisition and market expansion goals.
This isn't a traditional corporate marketing execution role. You will essentially be the founding marketer for CreateUpon, operating with a high degree of autonomy in a startup-like environment but with the security and resources of a bigger business. Reporting to LearnUpon’s Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll get to work with the LearnUpon marketing team, leveraging their experience and resources to support you in your role. You won’t need to manage Paid Media for CreateUpon, but you’ll get to work with the team that does. You’ll have many sources of knowledge and support across the founding team, product, engineering, finance, sales and more.
You are someone who lives and breathes modern marketing workflows, deeply understands Product-Led Growth (PLG), and uses AI tools daily to scale yourself and your impact. You will focus intensely on organic & agentic loops, funnel conversion, SEO, and community building to drive self-serve adoption.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for:
