Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
At coreflow, we're redefining entertainment with AI. We're one of the fastest-growing startups globally, serving 20 million users in our first year. We're an in-person company based in Sydney, Australia.
We're guided by a set of principles that are foundational to our work and drive every decision:
User-first: We build things that people want. We invest time to understand our users and focus on adding value instead of extracting value.
High agency, high ownership: We're responsible for the pieces we own, end-to-end. We own every mistake, figure out what went wrong, and fix it. We don't blame anyone or anything else.
Urgency: This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We prioritize well, find ways to increase leverage, and move at an inspirational pace.
You'll own and scale our performance marketing function end-to-end: strategy, execution, and the number at the bottom of the spreadsheet. You'll operate across unique DSPs and paid acquisition channels, and you'll define the playbook as you go. You live CPMs, CTRs, and CPAs, and you think in payback and incrementality. You run AI-first, with AI tooling as your operating environment, not a side experiment.
Own the budget, then 10× it. Run large budgets across multiple DSPs, balancing scale, optimization, and experimentation. You own the allocation call: where the next incremental dollar goes, and why it pays back.
Write the expansion playbook. Launch in new regions, networks, and audiences. Find our ideal customers in every corner of the internet, and prove it was them, not noise.
Operate the test-and-learn engine. Structured experiments across audiences, creative, placements, and bidding. Frameworks that compound, not one-off tests you forget by Friday.
Own attribution and measurement. Diagnose where the funnel leaks from first impression to paid conversion, separate signal from lag, and trust your own read of the data. You'll have full ownership to fix every stage.
Extensive performance marketing experience across a range of paid acquisition channels, with real budget ownership behind you.
The ability to reason causally about your spend. You're comfortable with attribution, incrementality, and the gap between blended and attributed numbers. You can tell when a metric is lying to you.
Hands-on comfort in the data yourself. You can pull the query, read the funnel, and build the model. You don't wait on someone else to tell you what happened.
High attention to detail combined with a scrappy, experimental mindset.
Creativity paired with an obsession with numbers. We love charts that go up and to the right, and you will too.
A hunger to win. This won't be easy, and no one has done it before.
Competitive compensation with meaningful upside.
A company card for food, coffee, tools, and anything that helps you operate at a high level.
Daily team lunch and dinner at the office.
Unlimited workspace budget. Build your ideal setup.
Real ownership and impact from day one.
Based in Sydney and hiring globally. We sponsor visas and offer relocation assistance to help you make the move.
Our overarching philosophy is to raise the ceiling for our best performers, not the floor. We pay based on the value you add to the company.
The range listed for this role is total comp: cash plus equity combined, with superannuation paid on top.
We re-evaluate compensation every 6 months. Bonuses are backward-looking; raises are forward-looking.
A bonus rewards work you've already done, like exceptional output or consistently performing above your level.
A raise reflects that you've moved up. It resets your baseline to match the higher level you're now operating at.
A quick phone call to learn about you and share more about our company.
A live challenge, 1hr, working through a toy problem.
A paid work trial, so you get a feel for what it's like to work with us.
You get an offer, and we celebrate!
