The Opportunity
Singular is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the APAC region, focusing specifically on developing and executing localized strategies to support our growing customer base in China and Korea.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing plans aligned with global corporate objectives to drive lead generation, support sales, and boost revenue growth across APAC.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with regional sales teams and the global marketing team to create effective marketing programs, collateral, and campaigns that directly support regional sales goals.
Event Leadership: Plan, manage, and execute regional events, conferences, and trade shows to maximize brand visibility and lead generation opportunities.
Local Content Development: Collaborate with the global content marketing team to produce region-specific marketing materials, case studies, and sales tools that resonate deeply with the APAC audience.
Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand local customer preferences, identify key industry trends, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
Performance Measurement: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the effectiveness of all marketing programs and campaigns to regional and corporate leadership.
What You Bring:
Experience: Proven track record as a Marketing Manager in the APAC region, successfully developing and implementing regional marketing strategies that achieve market growth.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
APAC Expertise: Strong understanding of the challenges and needs of digital marketing teams based in APAC.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Execution Skills: Excellent project management abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple simultaneous initiatives and ensure clear, cross-functional communication.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
