The Lifecycle Marketing Manager reporting to the Director of Audience Engagement, is a customer-centric problem solver directly responsible for executing in-service and post-service marketing strategies that drive retention, engagement, and revenue. In this role, you’ll create compelling experiences across key touchpoints in the customer journey – ensuring our customers feel supported, inspired, and valued every step of the way.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000

Under the New York Convenience Rule, all employees, regardless of their residence in other states, will be taxed at the New York State tax rate.
