Your Mission:
We're hiring a people leader to build, lead, and reinvent our Marketing Creative team. You'll hire, develop, and inspire a team of designers while evolving AfterShip's brand system and directing creative across campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences. Your mission is to build a lean, high-performing organization that delivers exceptional creative at scale without compromising quality.
This is a builder role. You'll design a modern, AI-powered creative production engine that combines cloud-based workflows, automation, and strong creative standards to enable high-volume, high-quality output. We're looking for someone with a fresh vision for how creative teams operate - someone who embraces AI as a force multiplier and can rethink traditional design processes while building the systems and team needed to support rapid growth.
Success in this role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership and close partnership with Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, and other marketing stakeholders. You'll align creative strategy with business priorities, empower your team to do their best work, and establish scalable processes that elevate creative quality while supporting the company's next stage of growth.
