Since 2012, we’ve transformed how people get around. Now, Lyft’s Global Growth team is redefining the premium ride experience. To advance these goals, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Global Growth team and help grow our luxury transportation portfolio.
It’s an exciting time to be part of the team. We’re combining world-class service with purpose-built technology to push the industry forward. As the Marketing Manager, Luxury Experience you’ll embed deeply with our product, design, engineering, and operations teams to shape our product roadmap and coordinate cross-functionally to drive cohesive launches that win business.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and a background in marketing, including a track record of developing impactful marketing strategies and a proven ability to build key cross-functional relationships. Experience working on luxury brands or partnerships, in the travel and hospitality space, or with a marketplace business is a plus.

Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $115,000 - CAD $143,750, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Your recruiter can share more information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors during the hiring process.
