Job Title: Marketing Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead patient acquisition and retention initiatives at a fast-growing dermatology group with de novo expansion of 5-7 new practice launches per year. This individual will partner closely with the VP of Marketing to develop practice-level strategies that build awareness in each territory, drive patient volume, optimize marketing spend, and support scalable growth.
This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution. The Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day marketing operations, manage campaign planning, ensure adherence to budgets, and oversee the Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer. In partnership with the individual producer roles on the team, the Marketing Manager will oversee a Google Ads consultant, copywriter, and website developer. The ideal candidate is both a strong operator and a strategic thinker who understands how to translate performance data into actionable insights.
