Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Richmond, Virginia headquarters office. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead and actively manage pursuits across multiple offices and market sectors—guiding capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation from opportunity to award. You’ll also play a key role in shaping pursuit strategy and driving growth across our footprint.
You’ll help teams win work, strengthen client relationships, and expand our presence in key markets. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll balance leadership and execution—overseeing market sector pursuit strategy while also managing your own key proposals. You’ll collaborate closely with technical leaders, firm leadership, corporate marketing and communications, and business development to align strategy, elevate marketing efforts, and strengthen our competitive edge across our offices and services lines.

Compensation: Our best estimate of the salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000. Offers are based on a range of job-related factors such as internal equity, experience, skills, education, credentials and role complexity.
