As a Marketing Systems & AI Automation Manager at Recorded Future, you will play a crucial role in building the technical engine that powers our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role is a highly analytical, individual contributor position focused on architecting, automating, and optimizing our marketing data workflows to drive pipeline growth and improve outbound and inbound effectiveness. You will act as the bridge between marketing, operations, and sales by designing complex data enrichment processes, integrating APIs, and leveraging modern AI GTM tools to automate personalized outreach at scale. This role requires a systems-thinking mindset and deep technical expertise in B2B SaaS marketing automation, data orchestration, API integrations, and advanced workflow engineering.
* Please note that this role requires working from the Recorded Future office in Boston, MA at least 3 days per week

The base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000- $137,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
