Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Eyebot is an outcome-focused technology company on a mission to make vision care accessible to everyone, equally. Headquartered in Boston and backed by top investors and the National Science Foundation, our vision test kiosk is reshaping how vision care is delivered.
If you are passionate about solving big problems and building the future of vision care, we would love to hear from you.
Our Performance Marketing Manager will own Eyebot's paid acquisition strategy across digital channels and markets. This is a highly visible, high-impact role: you will build the infrastructure needed to test, scale, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable increases in kiosk usage across retail locations, leading strategy and execution across platforms including Meta and Google, developing structured testing frameworks, and partnering cross-functionally to support new market launches and national expansion.
You will own paid media strategy and execution across markets, build the testing infrastructure to scale what works, and turn campaign performance into clear, actionable reporting. Specifically, you will:
Develop and oversee Eyebot's paid media strategy across channels including Meta and Google.
Plan and execute geographically targeted campaigns that drive kiosk usage across retail locations
Translate company growth priorities into structured acquisition programs at the market level
Manage campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across multiple regions simultaneously
Design and execute structured testing frameworks, including radius targeting experiments, creative testing, and geo-based pilots
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and increase prescription activity per location
Build repeatable campaign playbooks to support expansion into new markets
Leverage performance analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize media investment
Develop location-level reporting tied to kiosk engagement and prescription outcomes
Interpret attribution signals across digital and retail environments to improve budget allocation
Plan and manage paid media budgets across markets, and forecast expected performance tied to deployment expansion
Partner with commercial and product teams to support coordinated campaign execution and launch readiness for new retail deployments
Collaborate with external agencies and platform partners as needed
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
Strong, hands-on experience managing Meta and Google campaigns
Experience running geographically targeted campaigns across multiple markets
Demonstrated success improving conversion performance through structured testing programs
Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
Experience translating analytics into actionable strategy
Ability to manage budgets across channels and regions
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multi-location retail, healthcare access, or service environments
Experience supporting retail-adjacent or location-based acquisition programs
Familiarity with offline conversion measurement or store-level attribution
Experience scaling campaigns during rapid geographic expansion
Comfort working in early-stage or high-growth environments
Who You Are:
You think in tests, not guesses. You build structured experiments to find what works, then scale it with discipline.
You're comfortable owning a number. You plan budgets, forecast performance, and hold yourself accountable to the results.
You connect the digital to the physical. You know how to translate a click into a store visit and a kiosk scan, and you build the attribution logic to prove it.
You build infrastructure, not just campaigns. You think in playbooks and repeatable systems that will still work as Eyebot adds new markets.
You're energized by meaningful work. The idea of building a growth engine for a product that changes how people access healthcare keeps you motivated when things get hard.
Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
Meaningful equity - you're building this with us and should share in what we create
Flexible work schedule with unlimited PTO - we care about the work you do, not the hours you log
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Employer-sponsored 401(k)
Commuter support and wellness benefits - including tools like Calm and Cariloop to help you perform at your best
A culture where all ideas are welcome, no matter how out there — that's how Eyebot started, and it's how we keep moving forward
Collaborative office in Charlestown, with regular team lunches
The opportunity to build products that improve lives and reshape how vision care is delivered.
We know that job descriptions can feel like long checklists, and that talented people sometimes talk themselves out of applying. If you're excited about this role and the mission but don't meet every single requirement, we still want to hear from you. Eyebot is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, and we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
Eyebot is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
