Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.

Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
Paid acquisition angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: paid channel ownership and budget trade-offs, testing velocity on creative and landing pages, and how you measured CAC, ROAS, or pipeline impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions paid search.
Angle 02
Lifecycle / CRM angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: segmentation and lifecycle journeys, CRM tooling and journey orchestration, and retention, activation, and reactivation impact
Why we suggest this: posting mentions lifecycle / email / crm.
Angle 03
Marketing ops angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: systems ownership (CRM, CDP, automation), data quality, attribution, and reporting, and stakeholder workflows and dashboards
Why we suggest this: posting mentions marketing ops / analytics and attribution.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

About the Role
Kustomer is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Our Marketing team efficiently drives pipeline growth, accelerating revenue, and building scalable acquisition systems across paid, organic, and product-led channels.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale our paid acquisition engine across channels like Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You’ll focus on driving measurable pipeline impact while continuously improving efficiency across the funnel.
This role goes beyond traditional campaign management. You’ll leverage AI to accelerate creative production, optimize targeting, and automate campaign execution. You’ll also partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Content to ensure alignment between acquisition strategy and revenue outcomes. We’re looking for someone who combines an AI-first mindset with a deep understanding of how paid media drives pipeline in B2B SaaS.
You'll be responsible for:
Designing and building scalable acquisition systems across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
Strategic and repeatable delivery of consistent MQL pipeline
Developing automated workflows for campaign creation, optimization, and reporting using APIs and AI tools
Creating high-velocity experimentation frameworks across ads, landing pages, and funnel conversion points
Leveraging LLMs and AI tools to generate, test, and iterate on ad creatives and messaging at scale
Building and maintaining marketing data pipelines (e.g., connecting CRM, product data, and ad platforms)
Analyzing funnel performance, attribution, and conversion trends
Partnering with RevOps, Sales, and Product to improve lead quality, routing, and conversion rates
Optimizing conversion rates across the website and key funnel steps (visitor → lead → opportunity)
Identifying and testing new acquisition channels, including emerging AI-native platforms
Supporting and enhancing signal-based and intent-driven marketing programs
Your qualifications:
7+ years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaS
Depth of expertise in traditional and breakthrough demand generation principles and practices, including but not limited to PPC, Outbound, CRO, how to reach the right audience, and campaign measurement and optimization
Experience working with AI-forward products or marketing AI-driven solutions
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue (not just leads) from paid channels
Deep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and B2B buying journeys
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Creativity and problem-solving skills – you have the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, as well as solve problems that may arise during the execution of marketing campaigns using new technologies
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and reporting tools
Familiarity with marketing tech stacks such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, Apollo, Navattic, and Asana
Experience experimenting with and using AI tools for campaign optimization, creative generation, and workflow automation
