As a Product Marketing Manager at Base44, you'll take ownership of crafting and delivering impactful marketing strategies that resonate with B2B audiences. You'll drive positioning, messaging, and the creation of top-notch marketing assets while leveraging customer insights and cutting-edge AI tools to inform your decisions.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Own and maintain a suite of B2B marketing collateral, including website pages, product demos, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, email sequences, and sales decks
Develop clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for Base44's product lines, translating technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing language
Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analyses, and market research, turning insights into actionable strategies and sharpening go-to-market approaches
Manage marketing performance metrics, using data dashboards to optimize strategies and eliminate ineffective efforts
Work as a full-stack marketer, utilizing AI tools and no-code platforms to create content, automate workflows, and execute campaigns independently

5–8 years of experience, including 3–4 years in product marketing in a B2B environment
Hands-on experience creating high-quality B2B marketing assets, including website copy, demo scripts, and sales decks
Fluent in using AI tools and no-code platforms to streamline workflows and enhance marketing efforts
Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to pull and interpret data to inform decisions
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot for managing campaigns, tracking pipeline impact, and connecting marketing efforts to revenue outcomes
Skilled in conducting customer interviews and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies
Ownership mindset with strong written communication skills and a bias toward output

We are seeking candidates based in the Denver metropolitan area
The marketing team at Base44 is a dynamic group dedicated to crafting compelling narratives and driving impactful campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences. By leveraging cutting-edge tools and customer insights, we ensure our strategies are data-driven and aligned with market needs. Collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence define our approach as we work to elevate the Base44 brand and its offerings in the competitive B2B landscape.
Expected base compensation salary range $145,000 - $165,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
For U.S. employees, this role is currently eligible for a benefit package that includes competitive medical, dental and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, wellness benefits, travel expenses and subsidized lunch no matter where you live.
