Original employer description
Reproduced verbatim from the employer. Verify everything in this brief against the source text below.
Cloaked is a consumer privacy and identity platform on a mission to give people back control of their personal data. We let anyone generate unlimited identities - masked emails, phone numbers, and payment cards - scrub their information off data-broker sites, and shield themselves from spam, scams, and breaches, all from one app. Backed by a $375M Series B, we've protected 10M+ identities and removed 1B+ records from the data brokers who profit off personal information. Now we're building the AI-native future of privacy: autonomous agents that monitor, manage, and defend your digital footprint for you.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Growth to own acquisition scale-up and funnel efficiency. Reporting into marketing, you'll live in the funnel - shipping experiments at high velocity and building new acquisition funnels with engineering to move how efficiently we acquire and convert users. If you're a growth-minded product marketer energized by conversion mechanics and test velocity, come build with us!
What you'll do?
Own a high-velocity experimentation program across the acquisition funnel - landing pages, Scan → OTP → checkout, paywall, and onboarding. Hypothesis → build → instrument → read → ship.
Stand up entirely new acquisition funnels for new channels and product surfaces, from concept to live, in close partnership with engineering.
Attack the known drop-offs - Scan-page → OTP fall-off and checkout drop-off - and lift step-by-step conversion across the journey.
Partner with our paid team to scale spend efficiently while protecting funnel quality as volume grows.
Embed with product and engineering to ship funnel changes and own experiment and tracking infrastructure (PostHog, server-side GTM, CAPI, S2S).
What skills and experiences will help you?
4–6 years in growth, PMM, growth PM, or conversion-focused marketing at a consumer subscription / app business; privacy, fintech, or B2C SaaS a strong plus.
You've owned an experimentation program end-to-end and can show the conversion and CAC impact.
You've built or materially rebuilt acquisition funnels - not just optimized copy, but shipped structural funnel changes with engineering.
Strongly analytical: you build funnel and cohort analyses from scratch, read A/B tests to significance, and are fluent in a query tool (SQL / PostHog / GA4).
Technically conversant: you can spec funnel and tracking work, talk credibly with engineers, and reason about instrumentation and attribution.
Self-directed: you take a vague funnel problem, shape it into a workstream, and come back with a recommendation, not just questions.
Fluent with AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, analysis, and productivity.
Bonus: shipped a funnel/CRO win with a quantified result, launched a new acquisition funnel or channel from zero to live, or run an experimentation program with a documented cadence and win rate.
What do we like?
Lives in the funnel. Genuinely energized by conversion mechanics and test velocity; treats the funnel as a product.
Builds with engineering. Comfortable speccing work, sitting with engineers, and shipping structural changes — not just briefs.
Data-honest. Trusts the numbers over the narrative, won't ship a test they can't read, calls out a broken metric.
Bias to action. Ships rough, iterates fast, doesn't wait for a perfect brief.
Comfortable on a small team. The work is unglamorous as often as it's strategic.
Bonus tooling: attribution infrastructure (Meta CAPI, server-side GTM, S2S), Snowflake or another data warehouse, Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads / AppLovin, Webflow or comparable, Figma / FigJam, and Customer.io. Existing Cloaked user or a clear point of view on the privacy category is a plus.
